In what could be a big shift for US policy in Afghanistan, the Pentagon announced this morning that they will be replacing the US’s top commander in Afghanistan. [UPI]
And gas prices are on the rise again as summer approaches, but analysts are saying: don’t worry, it won’t reach $4 a gallon. Our wallets sure hope you’re right! [CNN]
And this past weekend, journalists, politicos, and celebrities all converged at the annual White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner, where both President Obama and comedian Wanda Sykes delivered some hilarious speeches.
