CJP often bores of press secretaries’ canned responses to reporters’ queries, but one today gets our appreciation.

On President Obama’s announcment that he’ll reform the earmarking process on the same day he signs the omnibus spending bill that contains nearly 9,000 earmarks from Democrats and Republicans:
