Weekend prep

Janes, as you make your weekend plans, we send you away with two key documents.  First, the conference report on the stimulus package.  If you’re anything like CJP, you’ve been waiting all week to print out these 1,000 pages of pure government goo to see what cats and dogs are buried in there.

Second, the MovieFone Oscar ballot.  But be sure to print out two– one for movie awards, and one to nominate your own slate for most likely to be best and worst dressed.  We’ll get you started…

The CJP nominees for Most Likely to be Worst Dressed are:

• Marisa Tomei, if past is prologue.
• Helena Bonham-Carter, if she goes.
• Meryl Streep  (sorry, MS!)
• Tilda Swinton, clearly.
• Daniel Day-Lewis, of course.

These five sometimes surprise with quality grooming and well fitting fashions, but usually not.  Come back to CJP Monday to discuss.
