WSMW?

Ladies, when the going gets tough, we often ask ourselves, “WWJW?”  Or What Would Jackie Wear? 

That’s why we were intrigued this week when we heard that Women’s Wear Daily asked fashion’s top designers, “WSMW- What Should Michelle Wear?” 

The result is dozens of musings for Mrs. Obama’s inaugural wardrobe from the likes of DVF, Tuleh, Marc Jacobs and Carolina Herrera.   The collection features daytime looks, like the one above left (loves it!) and frocks for the Obama girls, like those above right.

As we talk bailouts, buyouts and meltdowns, CJP says a stroll through these sketches is just what the Depression fairies ordered.
