We feel that Bob Schieffer clearly won MVP at tonight's debate.  So instead of asking who ELSE won, we're asking the Janes who lost the last debate?  Tell us who you think dropped the ball, flubbed their lines or generally came out behind their competitor.  It doesn't make them bad people, it just makes them bad debaters, this time.  And as a special treat, we included Joe the Plumber as an option, since he got almost as much air time as McCain or Obama.
Vote now, Janes!

I agree, the moderation made a big difference in this particular debate. We actually had some confrontation and “debate” as opposed to two candidates simply plugging in their rehearsed statements.
I thought McCain was the clear loser. He came across as a whiny child on the playground, and polls show most people see him as the bigger bully as far as negative campaigning is concerned. His discussion of Sarah Palin and his pride in her sounded fatherly and sexist. He actually used her great husband as a factor in her favor! Wow! And putting women’s health in quotation marks made it look as though he thought the concept of valuing a mother’s health is absolutely ridiculous. Furthermore, I found the entire “Joe the Plumber” bit to be disrespectful in general - and I just don’t think a lot of undecided voters relate to the concept that taxing those about $250K is a terrible thing!
I think it was a game changer, in that it will turn what had been a steadily building momentum for Obama into a landslide… but I can’t say I’m without prejudice as that is clearly my preference as well!
