Among the the speeches, the balloons and the anarchy-loving protesters, one of our most indelible memories from the RNC will be the mass of waving, hooting, hollering, cowboy hat-wearing members of the Texas delegation. Not only could you find the Texans at all times, their hats served as a barometer for the impact of a speech or presentation. Hats on: Bored. Hats off: Respectful of a poignant moment. Hats waving: Yee haw!!
