    High Praise at Mile High Stadium

    Following Barack Obama's acceptance speech in Denver last night, we asked a few of the 75,000-strong crowd for their reactions to see how it played in Peoria. (Seriously, Jerry, our third subject is not only cloaked in darkness, he's came from Peoria to see the speech.) Here's what they said:

      I was there! His speech was incredibly inspiring and really reached out to everyone involved in this election. Democrats and Republicans alike. I thought Al Gore’s speech was just as good. Both touched something that McCain will always fall short of.
