    The CJP Mail Bag is Back!

    By popular demand, we're bringing out the CJP Mail Bag. We can't possibly match the last installment, when a pen pal told us to "lay off the Botox," but we think we've got enough to make it worth your while. The most hostile mail seems to come in after we’ve been on TV, which always promises lots of laughs. Enjoy...

    The GOOD: "I checked out the web site and I LOVE it! I am going to check the site probably every morning while I peel my eyelids open at work.I'm thrilled this site exists!!" –Thera

    CJP: Thank you Thera! We’re glad you exist.

    "Your coverage is fantastic, particularly for someone who doesn't follow politics as closely as she should..." Lori

    CJP: Lori, you’re fantastic.

    THE BAD:

    "I noticed when the host thanked you for appearing on the program, you replied, "no problem". What's up with that? Isn't the usual courteous reply something like, "happy to be with you", or "thanks for inviting me" Andy

    CJP: Andy, what are you talking about? Anyhoo, happy to have you at CJP.

    “So sad that you won’t let Obama move past this. The only people who won't get "past this" is the right wing media (i'm now assuming that's you, never heard of your website before).” -Martin CJP: Martin, we calls ‘em like we sees ‘em. But maybe the next comment will make you feel better? "You are supposed to be non-partisan. Unfortunately, it is very hard to believe, since every time the name "Obama" is mentioned the drool coming from your mouth must create a pool on the floor for the FNC guys to clean up. -Sharon S. CJP: Sharon, we try to wear absorbent clothing so that nobody has to clean up after us.

    THE UGLY:

    "just watched you on CNN....you are BAD FOR WOMEN....you should be supporting our female candidate and the BEST one for the job....HILLARY!!!! -Sylvia

    CJP: Sylvia, we never endorse any candidate, but we love your passion.

    THE REST:

    “Hi, just wanted to say hi and tell you i think your you do great on fox news...it's nice to get a different perspective on politics. By the way, are you married?" - John

    CJP: Thanks John! And yes, CJP is happily married.

      CJP,
      Recent poll indicate that majority of white women are voting for Sara Palin???? Who are these women??? We can not compare Sara Palin to Hilary Clinton we are talking difference of night and day. Hilary Clinton was a strong woman that could lead and Sara Palin is just a woman on a Republican ticket to get votes. Sara Palin does not represent the woman of the future but gives all women a bad name. As women we want to be treated fairly on every issue not just our name on a ticket!!!! I guess the jokes are valid now… John McCain get a woman on the ticket and he gets the votes because that is all women look for!!! CJP please cover issue and to all women please do not disappoint our daughters.
