 In the lead to its new interview with Barack Obama, "Marie Claire" declares the Senator "absurdly chic" (they ought to know) and announces he was "submitted to the estrogen treatment" in his conversation with the magazine's editors.
Despite that turn of phrase ( we know how the Janes feel about "estrogenfests"), we hope you'll read the full interview, because it proves there actually IS more to learn about these candidates, even though it feels like we've seen and heard it all.
Inside, Obama tells MC about raising his daughters in the Age of Brittney; whether he thinks Michelle Obama wrestled with the decision to set aside her own career for his; how he felt when she earned more money than he did; and why, oh why, did he say, "You're likable enough, Hillary," during a Democratic debate.
