    Who's ready for the weekend? We are! -- it's been a busy week at CJP as we kicked off CJP Summer School. Here's a roundup of what we covered this week, and a taste of what's in store next week!
    • We talked about the all-important Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, which was passed the Senate  this week;
    • We rounded up our past coverage of some of the major VP candidates -- Tim Pawlenty, Carly Fiorina, Meg Whitman, Kathleen Sebelius, and Hillary Clinton;
    • We had some fun with fact-checking;
    • We took a look at Barack Obama's history as a community organizer;
    • And we really enjoyed this video of French First Lady Carla Bruni.
    So what's on deck for next week? We'll be looking at some of the American women running for Congress this year, starting with Susan Collins of Maine, and we'll also be looking at more VP candidates. See you first thing Monday morning!
