   John McCain released more than 1,100 pages of medical records from 2000 through 2008, and the diagnosis from the AP says: He’s doing fine. The 71-year-old senator has had melanoma three times, but his dermie at the Mayo Clinic declares McCain is cancer free. “I don’t see any worrisome legions.” If elected, McCain would be the oldest president to take office (nothin’ wrong with that) and the first Vietnam veteran, by CJP’s count. [AP via CNN]
McCain heads to his Sedona, AZ vacation home (and possible source of said melanoma?) for a purely social, totally not vetting his V.P. Memorial Day BBQ with Mitt Romney, LA Gov. Bobby Jindal, FL Gov. Charlie Christ, and others.
