Shame on your for spotlighting a person of dishonesty. She was just on CNN spouting false information. Talking about all the great and wonderful things Mr. Obama did as an Illinois Senator. When the facts speak differently of this man made by Emil Jones. Why doesn’t she speak to the 130+ times he voted PRESENT instead of having some guts and taking a stand.

I’m sure she is aware of the following but just doesn’t want to talk about it….

Mr. Obama has a history of numerous “present” votes while in the Illinois State Senate. I believe his “present” votes paint a picture of a man that can’t make a decision. There was a bill to prohibit sex-related shops from opening near schools or places of worship. The bill did not get the three-fifths majority required, so it failed to pass. Mr. Obama again voted “present”. He had a choice to vote no or yes, but he chose to vote present. I can’t support a man that couldn’t take a stance on such an important bill at a state level. How can we have the confidence to elect this man to the top office in our country where he will be called on to make decisions that will impact the entire world, our country, and more specifically, our future? Talk about a lack of judgment, Ms.Douglass!
If my fellow Democrats would only research the history of Mr. Obama, they would come to the same conclusion as I have. I’m a Democrat who will be voting for John McCain!
I’m looking for a bumper sticker that says:
    Democrats for Meaningful Change
    I support John McCain
